Drinking from the Cup of BAPTISM and BETRAYAL

The people of the Book have been under the attack of Satan for many thousands of years beginning with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. You might say Satan has become an expert on current affairs and creating prisons through fear and mans limited knowledge of Satan and his influence in past historical events. Satan uses many devices to ensnare and keep mankind always looking to some future event that should threaten prophetically to enslave and devour Gods elect. Satan has managed through mans curiosity and desire to gain revelation into future prophesy to bring man to the brink of damnation. Man stands unknowingly on the precipice of hells pit gazing into the depths contemplating and desiring knowledge of his future. Mankind is totally unaware as he beholds his mirrored reflection in the comforts of his home what or whom the image may reveal about himself.

Oh how subtle was that old serpent that has come to mankind and convinced us that there is some great dark mystery far far away that we should beware of. Yes Satan has through the ages learned what will get  an adequate response from mankind to accomplish his evil purpose, and to confuse and enslave to his fear the masses while all the time keeping those that are seeking for truth, as well as the lost in complete darkness.

Most of the world is blind to the horrifying facts about who the man of Sin is, where is Anti-Christ, and who is effected by the mark of the beast. Many of the curious of our world both professing Christians and sinners alike are asking what is the mark of the beast and where and who is the false prophet spoken of in the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ?

The Church has never had more historical data and information tools available to help us understand the plans of the evil one and his attack upon the strongholds of Truth. We have never had at any time more or better technologies to advance the Truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ nor a better opportunity then now to expose, overtake and squash the lies of Satan then we have today.

Unfortunately I also believe the Church and those who profess Christianity have never been so blind to the simple Truth's nor has the world been plunged into the depth of darkness that our world is currently operating in. I believe in fact that we are in a prophetic era of time when we are warned that when the night shall come no man can work!

Satan through his plan to usurp twist and destroy the Word of God has mislead and lead into captivity a large majority of  the people who claim to be the people of the book, The Holy Bible.

Satan has worked very hard for thousands of years to eliminate and replace the truths that the saints and prophets of old laid down their very lives for. The Church has lost it's identity in many parts of Society because it bears the testimony of a false messiah and has caved into the overwhelming pressure to Anti-Christ doctrines of our day. Damnable heresy of our day now instills in man's conscience that Jesus Christ the Righteous and even the God head has come down to mans level of depravity. The position of today's theologians have brought them to a cliff and they have slid down the slippery slope and have found themselves in a grave desperate and blind position. Many now deliver heresy and a misrepresentation of Christ and the Godhead into the ears of the masses who are fully persuaded by Satan to do evil and partake daily in the service of Sin and Lawlessness. The masses no longer know the Truth nor have they the ability to look outside the synagogues of Satan because they are paralyzed by fear.

Many of the organizations today have inoculated their parishioners with fear and heresy that they are afraid to look into the Word of Truth for themselves they are afraid to trust God and have a personal relationship with their creator but instead place their hope and salvation in the hands of mere fallible individuals which struggle as they to maintain a creditable existence in the houses of worship around the world.

The church as the worldly inhabitants know it, and as it is perceived by the media has never been more scandalous and indecent then we see it portrayed today in the news media. These things should speak to the ears of even those that be blind to the Truth that Christ is not in these false houses of worship nor has he appointed to the position of Bishop, Teacher, or Priest those who do hellish and abominable things that we cannot rightly speak of hear without exposing the shame and disgrace and sin of it all in those that partake of the heresy and promote Anti-Christ's work in our world!

There is a small remnant of those who have not defiled themselves with the harlots of the earth. Never has the world seen even this remnant so secluded and covered and removed from the evils of the day. The church today though the tree of knowledge has flourished the tree and light and of life has become very very dim.

Never has their been less power!
Never has there been less anointing!
Never has there been less of the miraculous!
Never has there been less prophets anointed to preach in the established ministry of the omnipotent God!

And Finally never has Satan had so much Power over the individuals of our society. Where technology has advanced and could be a blessing to advance the Truth and the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, Satan has moved into position so he has already set up his campaigns and he has brought the smooth tongued individuals with  the anti-Christ agenda and the anti-Truth the younger generations want to participate in to the forefront to lead the masses into deeper and deeper methods of depravity, deceit and false doctrines or just plainly No Doctrine!

What is the problem here why is the world becoming so dark and wayward from God?

The problem is where it has always been with the human race. The problem has taken up residence in the heart (the Temple) of every man, woman and child of an accountable age.

The problem began in Eden when Satan beguiled mankind and it was propagated when lawlessness was conceived in the heart and conscience of mankind. Lawlessness manifested itself and brought forth Sin, you might call it Satan's demonstration of power his baby the answer and the alternative door the wide gate or Broadway by which he invites many by mass and droves of the human race to come into false religions, the practice of abominations and a haven for those who prefer a life outside the established boundaries of safety and God Righteousness and his Law.

We will not get out of this world without meeting objectivity if we are shaking the kingdom of Satan and revealing his dirty underhanded secrets. If we make a valiant attempt to follow Christ many things will be revealed in the light of Truth. We will be tried, we will be forsaken, and tested, we will be judged by others, we will be accused by someone for something, we will be assaulted verbally and maybe even physically. Our personal life will be examined, fiction will be spoken of as a matter of fact, your good will be evil spoken of, Satan and those that he uses by means of deception will make you look bad to persuade those that are damned and deceived that they are good and the good is evil.

Thus the enemy of our soul the deceiver of all of mankind according to the Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ is desperately working to destroy and deceive who?

He doesn't need to waste time on the lost and the ungodly he already has them. They aren't going anywhere unless some of God's people that is a testimony of Christ should get to them and Christ should deliver them out of Satan's hand.

Many of them are doing Satan's work for him he doesn't have to bother with that business it's very efficient under it's current leadership. The Corporation of Sin is turning out by the droves new soldiers for Satan's army and they are continuing to multiply in rebellion  against the Law of the Almighty God.

No good thing in life that we will pursue in the Name of Jesus Christ the Righteous will be left unchallenged and untouched by the enemy of our souls.

Oh yes, I say the enemy is coming against those things that knock holes in Satan's prisons that he has created for the lost. Many prisoners of the Lawless one in this great battle are looking for an opportunity to do better and live a fuller more complete life. Many don't know what that is or what it would look like if their opportunity were to arise. Many think money, a new job or some material item would fix their life. It will not! However if they see the Light of Truth and see that they can walk out of Satan's prisons of death and walk in the Light of Christ they are going to forsake the darkness and investigate this Light to see if it offers them any hope. If they find nothing but a false light or another prison they will have gained nothing neither will they have obtained their freedom just another prison.

Satan isn't challenging the prisoners. Oh no, he knows where they are, he knows them personally and privately. Yes, I said, "personally and privately." It is in the secret places and where men and women believe there sins are done in secret that Satan is ever present exercising his power and authority in the individual life. Oh yes, the sins those that are deceived or beguiled commit are committed in the presence and company of this evil one. The spirit of Lawlessness is what leads everyone to manifested sin, whether in the man, woman or child that has come of the age of accountability. This evil is none other then the Man of sin that has come into the heart, ye are the Temple as the Apostle Paul has put it.

Yes Satan has found himself a place to sit as lord over the sinner and prisoners of sin. He sits in the defiled temple showing himself as lord of mankind and his subjects are clothed with his glory Sin and ungodliness, rather then being clothed by the Righteousness of Jesus Christ

What is humility? Is humility being a Christian and being blessed in the physical or spiritual realm turning to those that are without and saying, "Behold look at all my blessings for I truly am blessed more then anyone I am a child of God? NO!

Is Godly humility walking around with your back bent down and never looking your fellow man in the eye? NO!

What is Humility? Being humble consists of not taking credit for Christ's accomplishments. How many people have you saved? Not One! Christ only can Save to the utmost!

Humility is when your blessed and you look with compassion at those that are not blessed in Christ, and you realize that only God's love and mercy has accomplished anything everlasting in your life. You realize you have never accomplished anything in stature or materialism and that were it not for God, Satan would make you his own and use you and all you have for his glory!

We never deserved to be a son or daughter of God when you were outside God's covenant and Law and without Jesus Christ none of us is fit, nor could be, no matter how long you believe you have faithfully followed Christ. If we are not clothed with the mercy, grace and Truth of Jesus Christ all that will be seen of us on the judgment day is our complete failure before the Living God.

What monuments have been built to our credit? Absolutely none that would not burn in the fervent heat of certain judgment if we usurping, displace Christ's purpose and  vision or assume the credit for God's glorious work! Many through personal accomplishment and selfish acknowledgements have made God's accomplishments as if they were personal and have deceived themselves and lost sight of the only goal that matters. Fulfilling the Great Commission!

Have you opened the door to Christ to come into your temple (heart)? Are you sharing the Word and propagating the Testimony of Christ in the earth or are you building an empire to accommodate the flesh of Wood, Brick, and Iron?

Is Christ going to come looking to sit here on one of our fancy pews or do you intend to build a house for him? Meeting places are and should be a blessing if the goal is not building an empire that will burn in judgment but rather propagating the Gospel of Christ throughout the Earth.

The Bible does not convey to us that Christ will raise up an old decayed structure or house of worship from the earth.

The Bible does however speak about the resurrection of the saints and the sinners. The first to eternal life in the Kingdom of God and the latter to judgment to be condemned and cast into the Lake of Fire with Satan and those who taught man to be a rebel against God Almighty!

Our duty is to Christ Jesus the Righteous and his purpose. We are to be a living Testimony of Christ to bring light to those who set in darkness. Not to build large financial empires to ascribe as a personal accomplishment of self. Everything that exists will continue in some state or condition after we are long forgotten whether it prospers or decays without us is all to God's glory. 

 Do you really want to be like Jesus Christ?

Do you really want to be baptized with the baptism he was baptized unto?

Can you drink of the Lords cup?

Will you be identified with Christ Jesus the Righteous?

Do you really want to live and be as those whom Christ spoke of? 

Christ said, "These things that I do you shall do also, and greater things then these shall ye do".

When we are converted we become a testimony of Christ, the Spirit of Christ will be in us.

Christ said, "Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?"

What’s this cup the Lord speaks of?

Was the day of Pentecost the end of persecution  and the beginning of prosperity?

No. The day of Pentecost and the Baptism marked the beginning of the great battle of the Lord against the earthly powers of Satan. This was the day that the age old problem Satan's child of Sin came face to face with the answer and the solution to redeem mankind from the Spirit of the Lawless and ungodly deeds.

Oh yes friend it shook the gates of hell from the dirt we all stand on down to the very depths of the pit! The saints, apostles and prophets went to jail! It wasn’t prosperity; it was prison, pain, deprivation, and persecution.

The difference was the way the battle turned because through the cross Christ Jesus provided the Power to Overcome Satan, the Anti-Christ and Lawless spirit in the earth that has laid in wait at the door or heart of every man, women and child that has ever been born through earthly parents.

Satan is very angry at the body of Christ and has continued to attack the individual members as he did our parents in the Garden of Eden using lies and treachery to turn one against the other and separating the members from the body of Christ.

Satan's attack is against the flesh man  he plans to cause us to become a spiritual adulterer against God through deception and Sin. Satan wants to persuade us to yield our temple to the spirit of lawlessness which is Satan. This can only happen by partaking of the sin which is unto death, whereby we become unrepentant adulterers against God. Satan has therefore created a gulf between man and his Creator by reintroducing disobedience to the Law of God through deception of the Anti-Christ (a different Christ and another Gospel) a spirit which condones and holds man to be irresponsible for his actions or sins.

This spirit speaking lies and hypocrisy is creating Satan his own kingdom of Apostasy to deceive and lead the weak, wandering and beguiled pilgrims away from God's fold by a seeking Sheppard that appears as a savior but conquers the soul as a tyrant through deception. (A false Messiah)

Can you drink of the cup of the Lord and the cup of devils?

What was in the Lord Jesus Christ's cup? Was it just Joy, Peace and Righteousness?

We all want to drink of the Lords cup when it is full of goodness and blessing, but what about the other side of the blessing what about the casualties of the war we face as soldiers and saints of the Almighty God?

Christ suffered Physically and emotionally as no other has ever suffered. Do we really want to be like Christ? Can we ever be like Christ unless we yield to the Holy Ghost fire and allow Christ to be a Testimony of himself within us? Can we ever have freedom from the prisons of Satan without the personal intervention of Christ our Savior and Messiah?

The Cup of the Lord was very bitter and caused him to grieve with such sorrow that his sweat came forth as blood his heart was broken and every part of him felt the betrayal and hopelessness of mans blindness and mans fallen condition. Christ felt the betrayal of his companions and brethren who were there with him in the Garden. When Christ depended on them for strength and companionship he expected they that were with him to come to the Spiritual battle he was facing he returned to them only to find them overcome by sleep and seemingly unconcerned about Christ battle alone in Gethsemane. 

Christ was about to take all of mankind's sin upon himself and die the death. Not one of those with him was truly with him in his sacrifice.

And they came to a place which was named Gethsemane: and he saith to his disciples, Sit ye here, while I shall pray.

And saith unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful unto death: tarry ye here, and watch.

And he said, Abba, Father, all things [are] possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt.

And he cometh, and findeth them sleeping, and saith unto Peter, Simon, sleepest thou? couldest not thou watch one hour?

Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. The spirit truly [is] ready, but the flesh [is] weak.

And again he went away, and prayed, and spake the same words.

And when he returned, he found them asleep again, (for their eyes were heavy,) neither wist they what to answer him.

And he cometh the third time, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take [your] rest: it is enough, the hour is come; behold, the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.

Rise up, let us go; lo, he that betrayeth me is at hand.

Christ could not depend on those that were the closest friends he had in this world.

Perhaps many today have depended on the brethren in the churches we have been a part of in the body of Christ only to find that the brethren were asleep and were not there to help us in our hour of travail or the battles for our very life and our families lives and souls. 

Many in this world have found themselves betrayed into the hands of Satan left for dead on the highway of life by those we trusted with our families and their eternal lives.

Luke 22:44 And being in agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground. The Angel came and strengthen Christ in the garden but he still had to wrestle with the idea and the certainty that all the sins of the world would be laid upon him who knew no sin, and also that he would be separated from God the father in order for all things to be accomplished and finished.

Mankind was in the hand of Satan and the lawless deeds of sin compelled man deeper into the darkness of Satan's kingdom and away from the light of truth. Darkness even lead those who were beguiled to hate the light and they sought to destroy and put the light out rather then be convicted by the truth and brought to the alter of repentance.

Christ knew mankind was weak and blind and unable to come to the light. Christ knew the only way man would be freed from his captor the old serpent was for him the Messiah to destroy the powers of Satan by conquering the Power of Hell and Death. 

Satan's deposition would present the opportunity to remove the iniquity and blindness from mans eyes. The bruising of Jesus Christ's flesh and the horrible beating, a death sentence of 40 stripes in that day save one a total of 39 stripes he received for the healing of all mankind bringing to us the opportunity and power of his resurrection a promise to bring man out of the sleep of death and blindness and translate us into the Glorious Light of Truth and Redemption. 

How is your walk with Christ today have you drank from the cup of the Lord lately or are you drinking from another's cup? 

Are you fully trusting in him today or in your own abilities? Does sin and Lawlessness flood your life and heart (Christ's Temple) are you walking daily by the Saviors side?

If you're walking by the Righteous Saviors side has he approved your choice of sin or has he advised you to lay it down and go and sin no more?

The cup of the Lord is a strong drink it contains many truths that reveal Christ's Righteousness, hope and love for us. The cup of the Lord reveals his suffering, disappointment and sorrow for those who betray him, deny the Truth and the Resurrection. 

I believe in that cup there was much grieving for the many sorrows we each and everyone should face both those of us who accept him and for those that continue to reject him and choose to follow another.

Internal suffering.
Mental suffering.
Spiritual suffering.

And so He goes through the agony of Gethsemane. He goes through the lonesomeness. He drank of that cup. 

Isaiah 53:11 it says He travailed. Isn’t that internal? Deserted by others in the darkest hour, not only by men, but by God also to fulfill the work that was foreordained to him that he might truly say with all finality, It is finished!

James and John, the sons of Zebedee, come unto him, saying, Master, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy glory.

But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask: can ye drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?

And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized:

But to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give; but [it shall be given to them] for whom it is prepared.

Can you drink of the cup? "We are able," and so they drank, and were crucified.

Many today want to beautify the established places of worship but do not want to beautify and purify their heart (the Temple) that the Lord might have vessels of honor to bear a Testimony of his will and purpose in our world. Many are afraid that those that are backwards and away from the Lord may not want to drink of the cup of Lord if the ministry and saints appear to set aside their dignity and become servants to Christ. The world will never be won by anything else except Christ's body should become humbled before God and weep between the alter and the door that Christ may enter into their sanctuaries and minister to the lost.

Conforming to the status quo of Christendom is not the answer to the Lawlessness that has overtaken mankind and is threatening to subdue the denominations of the world today by the false prophets and the Anti-Christ message of salvation that is being preached to bring many down into Satan's pit..

Hebrews 13:12, 

"Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify…," that is, "purify, edify, release, transform." That He might do that, "he suffered without the gate." But the next verse says, "Let us go with him outside the camp." Let’s be cut off from everything that is organized, manmade, and supervised.

Perhaps Christ will continue to purge us until he finds that remnant that has not forsaken the right way? Perhaps there's seven thousand (7000) or maybe theirs one hundred forty four thousand (144,000) preachers that have not offered sacrifices to Baal or that have not received the mark of Lawlessness identifying them as being a subject or servant to the Beast and his Lawless system of Godlessness, and iniquity.

One prophet of old wrote. Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.

But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to [the image of] Baal

Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded

(According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.

And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumbling block, and a recompence unto them:

Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway.

The remnant of God today is travailing in spirit for the entire world because many Church organizations has been taken in a snare and has become subject to great controversy and deception.

Overcoming the many deceptions of our day would merely be a carnal attempt without the indwelling Spirit of Christ to help us understand Satan's many devices in this world. His treachery is subtle and discovery of his many deceptions is like peeling a giant onion as you remove one layer then another and so and so on you begin to find some truth or truth's but there is enough iniquity or leaven also present with the Truth to corrupt, poison and choke out anything that might otherwise edify the hungry soul unto life.

Many a pilgrim has started out in his walk of Faith believing with a Whole Heart the security and assurance of doctrines only to find after many prolonged Gethsemane's that they are warring against principalities and powers that seek too enslave them in prisons that should prevent them from finding the depths of God's Truth through personal commitment and abstinence from the unclean things. 

The battle we face is not as the evil one would have you believe, but it is a bloody uphill battle toward the light of Truth and the battle is fought in the night when it is hard to work. God is raising up out of the valley of dry bones a people that will stand upon their feet in a world that believes Christ is dead. Many believe we follow a dead King but the elect shall be clothed in the likeness of Christ and they shall speak those things they have been instructed by the spirit to speak and the Light shall reveal to those that sit in darkness the error of the way they have chosen, but some shall have it in their heart to destroy the light as it was in the day of Christ when they slew him on the tree and cursed him, charging him as one that hath no covering or authority of the True and Living God to come down from the cross and save himself if he be the Son of God.

Christ purchased all the prisoners of the enemy (Satan) with his own blood and his suffering. Still many choose to serve the enemy of their soul who has provided them many prisons and pierced their hearts with many sorrows rather then follow the one who has provided a door and opportunity to enter into the Kingdom of God.

When was the last time you were betrayed because you chose Christ rather then a prison? When was the last time doubting Thomas rose up against you and made a public display of you saying I will not believe that Christ is in you unless I see the nail prints, or we should see a miracle of you before we shall believe you are of God!

Perhaps some have even quoted scripture as Satan many times does and Said, They went out from us because they were not of us? If they were not of you then the question should be asked of what were they? Sinners? Backbiters? Instigators? were they led by the Spirit of Peace and Longsuffering or were they warmongers and worldly brawlers?

Many Anti-Christ spirits have used the Scriptures to pound the drums of war and rally the ignorant the ungodly and sinners against the soldiers of the Lord.

Perhaps there are some that might even rejoice over the departure of one person or a few from the fellowship? Maybe the fall of a brother or sister in the Lord who was perceived to be obstinate or overcome by the wicked one brought some pleasure?

Perhaps that isn't your burden at all, perhaps your walk was to strait and narrow and were viewed as a self righteous Pharisee because you exhorted the brethren to live a Godly life and encourage all to reach up higher on Jacobs ladder?

Many things can cause us to harbor conceit in our hearts this is nothing more or less then Sin.

Satan uses such vanity to give the carnal minded a sense of satisfaction and gain control over the minds of the beguiled. This is Satan's attempt to comfort the sinful heart and an attempt to justify one's own misguided intentions and further their arrogance and neglect for the souls of others!

When a soul is lost or separated from the sheepfold they will either find their place in another part of Christ's body or a larger percentage will die the death.

This thing should bring more sorrow to those who have the Testimony of Christ then the physical death of the most beloved saint in any congregation or Ministry anywhere in the world!

Satan will find a way even using those who are respected and loved to murder the mind and the soul through neglect and carelessness.

With some there is no choice but to turn the obstinate over to Satan if they are partaking of Sin and abominations and will not hear the counsel of the brethren. This I say with much sorrow and should never be the first or second option of the fellowship or Ministry!

Remember whether you love someone or despise them Christ died and a drop of his blood was shed for them also!

When was the last time your trust and confidence was shattered because the beloved brothers or sisters fell asleep on their watch while Satan organized and brought his deadly attack to you with every intention of bringing the death upon you? Where are the intercessors? Where are the great Soldiers of Honor who will fight till the last man, woman or child has fallen under the blade of the enemy?

Oh, how heart broken our Lord Jesus Christ must have felt when he considered the ultimate sacrifice he was about to make for all and how little those that walked with him and called him friend and rabbi were willing to do to help him bear his burdens. Those with him in Gethsemane could not even show him the love, respect and appreciation to keep watch with him for only one hour or pray with him that God's will would prevail in the battle.

Many today sleep while the elect of God make intercessions for others while yet these intercessors that lay down their heart for others still have to face their own Gethsemane's alone. Many of Christ's intercessors are broken and in despair they are motivated to pray for lost and misguided souls and yet their own families are often imprisoned in blindness and darkness and nobody appreciates their love and commitment enough to make a genuine effort to reaches out to their families and children..    

When is the last time that your fellow man forsook you and left you alone and dying pleading for God's everlasting strength and mercy to preserve you while you struggled alone against the powers of hell that were it not for a great and merciful God might have destroyed both your physical life and your eternal soul? 

Yes many say they are of Christ yet they will not dirty their hands to pull a brother or sister or their children from the sinking sands of their Gethsemane's. Many say they are of Christ yet they will not pursue the missing or lost of the sheepfolds to rescue them from the Thorns and Thickets that lay in wait for the moment to snare and imprison the unsuspecting children of God. 

None of us are in a state of perfection but we should look forward in hope and expect to be apprehended by it, at any moment in our walk with Christ!

Many talk the talk but will not walk the walk of humility, servitude, and sacrifice which becomes those that drink of the Lord's cup. This type of experience doesn't thrill the audiences or create long lines outside the church on Sunday.

Perhaps these are just a few of the things that were in the Lords cup? Perhaps these are a few things that represent the fire of baptism, death and the purging of our hearts to bring us to a purer place that we might stand upon the Rock where Moses stood and ask God to reveal to us his Glory!

What is our desire? Do you want to be like Jesus reaching out with the answers or are you part of the problem and the dilemma that our fellow brothers and sisters face in our day?

God is not a respecter of persons he disciplines the mighty and the meek just the same. Our status doesn't give us immunity for our sins nor does it give us a right to add a heavy weight grievous to bear to our brother or sisters load.

The Lord is patient and longsuffering and we are not greater then our master if God is in control then we must exercise our trust in his ability to perform that which he is able to accomplish in us and those that are soldiering with us.

We are not to attempt to fill God's job and position in the Kingdom any more then God should be expected to go to our work place and conduct our affairs while we sleep in!

On mount Sinai the refiners fire worked to bring us God's Law on tablets of stone. Today the refiners fire wants to burn within us to purge us of Lawlessness and Sin to bring us to a place of Righteousness and Truth where we are truly in subjection to God our Savior.

This so that we who are of the body of Christ might enter into the Holy place and offer sacrifices of praise unto God by the indwelling Spirit of Jesus Christ, Yahvahshua.

The enemy has many hairpin curves planned for the hasty, angry and impatient that will pass his way. Beware lest you become a partaker of another's sin through contempt, conceit, or spite.

But though all the wiles of the enemy come against us and death wait at every door (every heart) for the opportunity to imprison every soul, yet the Truth of God that shines in the darkness shall prevail for those who are patient and endure the Gethsemane's that all will face throughout our lives as we battle Satan and his army and strive to overcome and enter into the presence of the Lord.

Satan cannot hold or imprison the elect in this world for we are not of this world but are only in this world. If we shall be the called of God and have cast our lot with those that have chosen the right ways which is to follow Christ and to drink of the Lord's cup then we shall also reject the spirit of Lawlessness and being a Soldier of the Lord shall war against iniquity and the god of this world. For the power within us shall not be of ourselves but the Power of the Living Savior the Lord Jesus Christ the Righteous. By his strong arm shall we overcome all the strongholds of Satan!

Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; [nor] for the arrow [that] flieth by day;

[Nor] for the pestilence [that] walketh in darkness; [nor] for the destruction [that] wasteth at noonday.

A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; [but] it shall not come nigh thee.

Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

Because thou hast made the LORD, [which is] my refuge, [even] the most High, thy habitation;

Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.

And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make [you] afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.

And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.

And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.

No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. (2 Tim 2:4)

No, this is not a cup and a baptism that the prisoners of blindness and sin can easily comprehend nor will they desire to drink of this cup unless they taste of the Lord that he is good and Christ alone should draw them to the alter of repentance.

For we may be baptized into Christ's death as clearly seen in Acts chapter two (2:37,38) and we may also suffer the scorn and attacks of the evil one if we be obedient to the Word of The Lord. But when Christ has fully come in the flesh then shall he be glorified and shall bring to those who remain in Satan's prisons renewed hope and lead those that choose to follow him out of captivity into the light of Truth. 

But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy [are ye]; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or [as] a thief, or [as] an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.

Yet if [any man suffer] as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.

For the time [is come] that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if [it] first [begin] at us, what shall the end [be] of them that obey not the gospel of God?

And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls [to him] in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

Our reward on this side of heaven is fellowship in the Spirit with the Lord Jesus Christ and being a partaker of all that Christ has worked to do. We shall also do the work of the father through Christ, his Testimony within us is seen when we yield ourselves our hearts and our temples our very lives to him, the Holy One of God who came down from heaven to dwell with man and yet sits on God's throne our King and High Priest is in the heavens.

And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: All that look to Christ in obedience shall be saved.

For Christ suffered willingly even unto death that we you and I might receive a greater reward and an inheritance as a son or daughter in the kingdom of the true and living God!

We as Christ's faithful should be ever grateful and we can do no less for others that have been snared by the enemy. Those who are snared and caught in the thickets and thorns of sin and hopelessness are as we were when we were found by Christ and we received a Testimony of Christ's love his hope for us and our future.

For all that look for Christ, at his appearing shall be healed of their blindness, and he shall raise them from among the dead and save them from the hour of judgment that is to come upon all the world. Amen
