The Testimony and witness of Christ or Another Gospel?

The Full Gospel, encompasses the Testimony of Jesus Christ in all his Glory, are we living up to the standard?

   Memorial to: L. Brock - Whom I am told received the Holy Ghost just before he departed this world,  passing on at the Church of a heart attack the following weekend after the Message; "There is a Heaven to Gain and a Hell to Shun" was preached there to those in attendance.

   I admonish those who prayed sincerely at that time, that God has extended his arm of salvation to you, hold fast that form of doctrine which you have heard, lest the enemy who has sown tares in this present world come and destroy thy seed, rob you of your reward, and you find no root, nor place in the Kingdom of God. 

   I have not returned nor been invited back since the delivery of that Message which was born and preserved in my heart by my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, which I like Jonah, deferred somewhat, but under much conviction of the Holy Ghost delivered to this assembly.

    Since that message was preached and the Word of God was rejected by some of those who asked me not to obey the Lord in bringing scripture, and the revelation of Jesus Christ to their pulpit. I have had no unction in the Holy Ghost to return there with a Word from God since.

However, I do pray that God will bring them all to a deeper understanding of the Word of God, in unity of the Spirit and the Bond of Peace and Love. 

    There are many assemblies that are living or dying below their potential. Christ would that none should be lost. Many are hung up on traditions, even signs and wonders that men may perform. Many place their confidence and value on people by their own flesh and blood Testimony and whether they can perform some sort of sign to prove themselves to others.

Signs and Wonders are wonderful attributes to the Testimony of Jesus Christ, however, when signs become the Testimony of man, God is no longer glorified in  them, but rather the flesh is glorified, the flesh is exalted and many times the Word is denigrated to a lower position of less importance then signs.

 This is where the anti-Christ is gaining control of many assemblies because many elevate signs and wonders above the Truth of God's Word, Christ's Testimony and the necessity for all to obey the Word of God in every respect, and especially in those matters pertaining to Repentance, Baptism, and Conversion.

Many today base their confidence and belief systems and even their salvation to some degree on signs and wonders, rather then the Testimony of Jesus Christ and the Word of God.

We are urged to pray for one another and to be wise in sharing the Word of God.

2 Titus 2:24-26

And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all [men], apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And [that] they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

This little Church house has been in existence since the mid 1970's. Located in the Midwest, The City of Churches.

   This Church was remodeled from a house, and as a young boy of 11-12 years old this was my first building and remodeling experience. My father Montgomery and I put a lot of hard work and quite a few hours of my childhood was spent here. Guess which jobs I got to do? All the dirty jobs nobody else wanted to volunteer for. I think God may have been setting me up, even at that time, for some of the jobs that lay before me now. :-)

Guess what I got paid?

Nothing monetarily, but yet God has bless me abundantly in other ways. God has kept a record of my education at the school of hard knocks my whole life, I have been trained and have learned very personally, about the jobs no body else wants to do. God has had a plan for me my whole life and I didn't know it. There has been many hindrances from the enemy who has sought to destroy me, and my family, to prevent me from accomplishing what God has been trying to prepare me for my whole life. To do the will of God, to work in the Kingdom of God and attempt to clean up and repair some of the damages others have done, the type of work many simply will not do.

There have been numerous visitors, of Christ's Body, Christ's Ministers and many sinners looking for a light house that they may find Hope and rest in Jesus Christ (Yahshua). Many good people have graced this house. And many good people have been rejected by those who worship here as well.

Some have taken the Kingdom of God into their own hands and have relied upon their own wisdom and understanding, and they have brought upon themselves the yoke of bondage by an enemy they are seemingly oblivious too.

   The veil of the physical Temple was ripped from top to bottom when Christ said it is done at Calvary, this signifying that Christ is now the Way into the Holy of Holies. Many today seem to be trying to sow the veil back up to veil Christ from those who need to see him. Many seemingly have gone into their houses locking the doors behind them and the mystery of Christ is hidden by them. When the master returns he will find nothing gained of that which he has trusted to his servants who hid the Master's talent in the ground. He that hath, even that which he hath shall be taken away and given to them that hath more.

Though many seek sincerely to do right, they are blinded by fear and confusion and out of joint with the will of God and purpose for which the Kingdom of God has come. As the people of Israel also did when they refused to hear the prophet of God, Samuel, and sought to have a king over themselves that they would be like other peoples, but that was not God's will for them, to be as other peoples, however he let the people bring that yoke around their own neck, and the good that they sought by having King Saul over them, came to an end by evil and sorcery, because they would not hear God's will that was spoken through and by the prophet. They only regarded their own selves, in their own wisdom and what they wanted for the people of Israel.

I Sam 8:7

And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.

   The Pastors, Trustee's members and visitors who have attended this Church are as people in many other Churches today, You will find the sincere, Spiritual, those seeking Truth, those who believe the lies of the enemy because of  ignorance, the unlearned, the Confused, and yes even the lost.

   This Assembly and the families of this assembly has it's root's in Kentucky and the Appalachian mountain regions. In the early 1900's a man named George Hensley went up into the mountains to pray and read the Bible. He read in the book of Mark the closing Chapter. Mark 16:15-18

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Mr. Hensley was no doubt like many pilgrims seeking to draw closer in the Spirit and the Word to Jesus Christ. (Yahshua) He as many before and after him found a verse of scripture that stuck in his mind and his heart. As he came down of the mountain Mr. Hensley claimed a Serpent was lying in the path before him. As he approached the serpent lying in the way after prayer and reading the Bible scriptures of Mark 16 he felt an Spiritual anointing that compelled him that if he were to pick up the serpent that no harm would come to him. So he did and he continued on his way after taking up the serpent and releasing it back to the earth where he had previously taken it from.

Mr. Hensley the following Sunday at church shared his testimony of the serpent and how he had been compelled to take it up from the earth and he handled the serpent and no harm came to him. The following Sunday sinners who doubted Mr. Hensley's testimony showed up with a poisonous copperhead in a mason jar. It is said that George Hensley when taunted by the sinner boys to handle the snake and prove his story did not handle the snake that day, but that a woman another member at the church handled the snake that day and spoke in tongues. Thus the snake handling revival church's of the southern United States was born out of  the Appalachian Mountains region in the early 1900's.

There have been many who have put their two cents into explaining the scriptures regarding taking up serpents since George Hensley's day. I personally believe because the Holy Ghost, the Spirit of Christ dwells in me, that I need not worry about a serpent or a scorpion whether it crawls on it's belly or walks upright on two legs. I have had more problems in life with the later when it comes to propagating the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I have seen a few non-Christians without the Holy Ghost handle dozens of snakes even get in a whole pit of poisonous serpents at the rattle snake roundups. Hollywood has stolen the spotlight on this one folks.

The Pharisee's accused Jesus of performing miracles such as healing by the power of Beelzebub the prince of the devils.

Jesus was delivering people from the works of the Devil, sickness, bondage, and sin, but if people were getting diseases and death was coming upon  them by the signs and miracles he did, that would not have glorified God in the least, and the Pharisees may have had a valid argument.

Jesus explained and used the Pharisees own theology to show them how works of righteousness would divide the kingdom of Satan against itself, because Satan is trying to steal, kill and destroy God's people. God is urging his children to fulfill their years in Righteousness, walk in obedience to God, be free from sickness and the yoke of sin, the death of poison doctrines and the bite of the Serpent (The Devil) the enemy of all that walk with God. Therefore if a kingdom be divided against itself it will be a self destructing kingdom without any growth continually destroying itself.

Would you have the Devil even though you have power over him, clean your church, or read from the holy bible to the congregation, or talk to a guest next Sunday that has visited your church?

Of course you wouldn't, no body would do such a thing, not intentionally. However it happens every week at any given Church. There are those who are as the serpent because they are not truly a yielded vessel to God, and they do things that tear down the Kingdom of God rather then build and edify those who are thirsting and hungering after righteousness.

Those that truly thirst after righteousness are hated by the enemy who is trying to bring a snare on them, and he is calculating and wise as a serpent is before it strikes. Those who are not destroyed by his bite, he seeks to poison the cup of Righteousness they are drinking from to quench their thirst for God.

   Jesus isn't discussing actual snakes, nor is he discussing actual poison. How do those things in the physical realm such as an animal or a substance like poison threaten or effect the Kingdom of God or the Temple of God of which ye are, if the Spirit of God be in you? One who is trusting God may overcome great obstacles without harm simply by their faith. God does not want to see harm come to those who follow him whether by evil or ignorance.

   Positive thinking in the non believer and lack of fear has allowed many in the secular world to perform rattlesnake handling shows in the south without harm from snakebites. Handling snakes proves nothing, the children of disobedience and the lawless have made lots of money by performing with poison vipers for public amusement.

What would purposely drinking poison do to further the kingdom of God or to strengthen the temple of God? Would you give your spouse or child a cup with breakfast? Of course not that would be ridiculous to even suggest such absurdity!

Will you win more to the Kingdom of God by sharing Christ's love or with a mighty  army that threatens the lives of those who do not heed your warnings?  The army is worthless to build the Kingdom of God. Many are called and few are chosen, but it is God's love, not fear nor the ability to overcome by handling Snakes, Demons or Devils, that draws them.

These things serve no purpose in themselves, however if the enemy that seeks to steal, kill and destroy Christ were to attack you because of the Gospel, ye shall have power through Christ to overcome all the enemy even his cup of poisons!

  There are several things Jesus said that are DIRECTLY stated in the Old Testament. By saying them, Jesus was
saying things that people could understand best in their having read or heard the Old Testament scriptures.

For instance, Jesus called the wicked serpents, vipers, while God called Satan a serpent in the Old Testament. So why call the wicked serpents?

Because what the wicked  say, is POISON. Spiritually, that POISON can kill you if you don't believe God and know his Word for a Truth. The lies that the wicked will tell you, can destroy you spiritually.

So what Jesus was saying above, is that you can overcome all the enemy, the wicked, their lies and snares won't be able to overcome you or kill you spiritually.

Matt 12:24

But when the Pharisees heard [it], they said, This [fellow] doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.

And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:

And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?

And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast [them] out? therefore they shall be your judges.

But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.

Moses was a man raised up by God to lead God's people away from Egypt and her paganism, idolatry and their gods and bring the people to a good land where God would provide for his people and bless them. When they went astray they pleaded with Moses to help them and take away the poison serpents who had snared them to commit wickedness and Idolatry.

Num 21:7

Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the LORD, and against thee; pray unto the LORD, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people.

God has some people that are like Moses today, who are hearing God and revealing the way out of Egypt, and the way into the good land. They as Moses are neutralizing or revealing the poison of false doctrine, and they are removing and casting down the serpents who bite, confuse and cause divisions in the Body of Christ.

Casting out Devils, and healing the sick, speaking with new tongues, Taking up airo {ah'-ee-ro}remove or take away the Serpents ophis {of'-is}
(An Unclean Thing) The serpent who deceived Eve was regarded by the Jews as the devil. The serpent is now beguiling many of those who follow Christ as he did Eve in the Garden, we are warned not to drink from the cup of devils and their deadly poisons. The Children of God through revelation of God's Word and Spirit have protection against all the enemy and his devises. Those who are overcome by sin and false doctrine have been yoked in bondage  as the children of disobedience by the Lawless one who taught mankind to sin and rebel against God.

Ps 58:3 The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies.
            4 Their poison is like the poison of a serpent: they are like the deaf adder that stoppeth her ear;

Ps 140:1 Deliver me, O LORD, from the evil man: preserve me from the violent man;
            2 Which imagine mischief in their heart; continually are they gathered together for war.
            3 They have sharpened their tongues like a serpent; adders' poison is under their lips. Selah.

Here God was discussed as saving people from the wicked, their poison then becoming ineffective. 

When Jesus told the apostles they could take up serpents and drink poisons, he was telling them that they could go out into the world and tell others that God exists and that Jesus died and raised again. That what the wicked would do or say ... it wouldn't hurt them spiritually if they believe.

Lastly, in detail, the wicked, the poisoned, the lying against God, and the rejection of God, the identifications of  those killed by the poison:

Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
                11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
                12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
                13 Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:
                14 Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:
                15 Their feet are swift to shed blood:    
                16 Destruction and misery are in their ways:
                17 And the way of peace have they not known:    
                18 There is no fear of God before their eyes.
II Pet 2:2

And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
 

Titus 1:16

They profess that they know God; but in works they deny [him], being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

John 9:4

Jesus said, I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

 

Constantine the Pontifex Maximus (Chief Pagan Priest)

Many have turned from the true Christ, Yahshua as he revealed himself to Paul to another Gospel and another Christ of whom the Apostles never preached, nor taught the Anti-Christ doctrines that exist in our day. These doctrines were introduced by the Romans and Pagans when they sought to embrace the Christian faith, and form a mighty earthly Kingdom in the name of the emperor Constantine. Constantine was the chief Pagan Priest the Pontifex Maximus, It was Constantine's understanding of the Pagan Trinities that was the basis of the Interpretation of the God-Head many Denominational Churches regard today in their statement of the Christian faith. Constantine gave land, Roman soldiers, authority and life to the Roman Catholic Church, who then, stoned, burned at the stake and beheaded many who would not conform to their pseudo Christian-pagan rituals and conform to their laws ordering that the Sabbath day no longer be observed as in ancient times, but that a new Sabbath day of Sunday, the first day of the week (The day honoring the Sun god) rather then the Biblical seventh day be observed. It is estimated that between 60-80 million lives were extinguished at the hands of this bloody empire. Many evils were wrought through her, her doctrines such as in 325 AD in regard to water baptism were made law. Anyone baptizing in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, as did the Apostles, was found to be contrary to her laws regarding water baptism, and they were punished as a heretics or put to death by hanging, decapitation or burned at the stake.

The same fate befell those who held that the scripture Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God [is] one LORD: suggested there was but one God, and no Trinity exists with the God of Israel, except within the structure of Heathenism and Paganism, which constantly threatened the relationship between the Israelites of the old Testament and God, and now threatens those who follow Christ in the New Testament age.

They then brought upon men many of the current interpretations of scripture and traditions of many Churches today, even making it against the law for a common person to have a Bible. Those found to have a copy of the Bible were subject to punishment and even death. The printing press approx 500 years ago has now made the printed Word available to almost everyone that desires to have it. We have come unto an age when darkness has overtaken many and the deceiving angel has offered a substitute that is accepting of everything that is unclean and abominable in the sight of god.

This is the delusion of Anti-Christ we are warned about in the Bible, the age of the great falling away into apostasy and the worship of Anti-Christ and the Image of the Beast. The Anti-Christ called by many a savior of all, accepting of every evil work of mankind. Satan has planned to overthrow mankind with his deception and destroy the power of the True Christ and the True Gospel. Constantine erected monuments to twelve Apostles with one monument in the center of the circle of the other twelve, he then nominated himself as the thirteenth Apostle. Either Mathias, or Paul's Apostleship was annulled according to Constantine's way of thinking. Are you following the heritage of Constantine and the pseudo-Christian-Pagan forms of worship?

Isaiah 14:12

How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! [how] art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

We must be aware of what God's word says lest we be taken in the snare with the wicked. Satan has no regard of persons and his deceptions lead many away from the truth and into the snare of the Anti-Christ, the Mark of the Beast, The false Prophet and the Man of sin.

Ecc 9:12

For man also knoweth not his time: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so [are] the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falleth suddenly upon them. (True for all in natural death and also those who suffer a spiritual death that are lead away from Truth by the spirt of disobedience)

1 John 4:6,20 The Apostle said,

We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?              

                                                                                                                                                               

   What does handling an abomination or an unclean thing do to edify or build up the Kingdom of God?

   Nothing that I can find about handling a snake in scripture supports or builds the Kingdom of God nor does this benefit God's Children, or lead sinners to repent or obey the gospel as they did in Acts 2:38

   Handling a snake doesn't prove that you are a child of God, any more then dying from some horrible disease would prove you were not a child of God! The sun shines on the just and the unjust. Hope and chance happens for everyone. When you draw lots somebody will come up with the long straw and somebody with the short straw! It is hard to build a doctrine that leads sinners to repentance based on drawing lots, hope or chance.

If the spirit of Christ dwell in the temple of which ye are, then a serpent, a scorpion, a lion or a bear should have no dominion over Christ and his Temple at anytime!

What is most alarming is of some of those who prefer snake handling, their testimony is not the Testimony of Jesus Christ, and their spirit is not conducive nor representative of the nature of God in Christ, and his love for sinners, or his desire to bring many that were in times past, disobedient unto the Kingdom of God. Christ exampled his love to all at Calvary. If Christ be in you where is the love of God?

The book of Revelations lets us know the Anti-Christ will do great signs and wonders, even bring the fire down from the heavens, he appears quite spiritual to attempt to deceive the elect, which are those who know the Truth of God's Word, obey Christ and follow him.

Anti-Christ’s followers are known to the elect as children of disobedience. They reveal themselves as those who do not keep God's commandments, and those who twist the Word of God who are poisoned by (pseudo Christian-paganism) which furthers the kingdom of the enemy, by drawing away many from the Truth of God's Word. In fact knowingly or unknowingly many today preach another Gospel, or another Christ. The Gospel many preach leaves the sin issue unsettled in those who are disobedient, and it is unlike the Gospel that was first preached by the apostles.

   Those who are obedient unto death have or will follow Christ into his baptism, having repented, been baptized in Jesus name for the remission of sins, and have been converted by the power of the Holy Ghost, this is the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Yahshua. The Apostles all preached this message, risking and giving their own lives and admonishing everyone everywhere to do the same!

 Because sin, disobedience and lawlessness lives in those who have not been obedient to the Gospel, the old "Man of Sin" sits in the Temple of God (which ye are according to the Apostle Paul, if ye are filled with the fullness of God.)

The enemy rules over the heart and the temple showing himself as lord of the rebellion, ruling over unrepentant men and women, as he mocks and thwarts the true plan and purpose of God. These defer and fight to destroy the work God’s faithful are doing in the Kingdom of God to prepare and exhort others to be ready for the great day

The man of Sin if he is alive and well, will fight baptism in the name of Jesus, The name Yahshua in the Hebrew, as he revealed his name to Paul on the Damascus road. All the Apostles preached it and Paul also was baptized in the Name of the Lord.

The Man of Sin will fight this to the death, it is his last argument, either he will hold out until death by natural causes comes for him, or until he yields to the Word of God, the death of Jesus Christ, and is buried into the death of baptism with Christ, and raised from the grave without the curse of the Man of Sin and his mark, the disobedient spirit.

John 15:13

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. 

 

Is snake handling a significant part of the Gospel of Jesus Christ that is to be proclaimed to the whole world?

   Many claim the scriptures are misunderstood. It is a true statement that there are many scriptures throughout the Bible not just Mark 16 that have been misunderstood, squandered through ignorance and misinterpretations and totally disregarded because they condemn believers and sinners alike who are taken by the spirit of Error, Disobedience and Lawlessness. Many focus on the self edifying parts of the Bible and totally disregard the souls of their loved ones, friends or the hungry, poor, naked, widows and fatherless. Christ never portrayed himself as selfish nor did he turn away sinners that inquired of him and the Kingdom of God. Christ was perfect in all his ways yet he fellowshipped and ate with sinners that he might bring some into the Kingdom by his Gospel.

 

Is There Another Jesus and Another Gospel, Has the Enemy Sown Bad Seed With the Good Seed of the Real Christ?

Many today have elevated themselves above the Real Jesus Christ (Yahshua) of the Bible. The love of many have waxed cold in this hour of darkness the night has become exceedingly black,  in fact many may now be worshipping another Jesus.

Perhaps even the Greek Trinity worshipped by the pagans of Corinth naming as their god's Zeus, Semele and Bakkhos their Son. Followers of this Greek Trinity pledged themselves to a life of virtue, if not of ascetism;

1 : practicing strict self-denial as a measure of personal and especially spiritual discipline                                                                                               2 : austere in appearance, manner, or attitude; 1 a : stern and cold in appearance or manner, morally strict.

 and their lord was said to have healed the sick, prophesied and wrought many miracles. Pitchers of water left at the temple of Bakkhos was said to have turned to wine, in the writing of Diodorus (iii 65) Bakkhos is said to have walked on the water to his disciples who were left behind and those who had his cup could divine mysteries. Bakkhos was also the winter born child, concealed from evil powers seeking his life, and at the winter equinox (Christmas) his devotees carried a babe in procession. which is the custom of the Roman Catholics at Bethlehem today.

It is noteworthy to mention that nearly all the denominations of our day were founded by those who left the Catholic faith beginning with Martin Luther in the last 500 or so years. The amount of Church traditions today, having come from Paganism, is incredibly alarming to say the least. Satan has always sought to destroy the work of God and to lead God's people off the path of Truth and replace Truth with a counterfeit.

It is not remakable that his Greek symbols I.H.S. or (IES) have come to be applied to Christ, and were rendered as if Latin, "Jesus hominum Salvator."

What did The Real Jesus Christ teach about the greatest of all commandments?

   Mark 12:28-34

And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all?

And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments [is], Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: (Not a Trinity, Triune or 3 Gods in One)

And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this [is] the first commandment.

And the second [is] like, [namely] this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:

And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love [his] neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.

And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God. And no man after that durst ask him [any question].

 

How far are you from the Kingdom of God?

Are you professing the Kingdom of the One True God, the Real Jesus Christ or are you worshipping the Image of the Beast, a multiplicity of Deities and kingdoms with the Romans and the Pagan theologians who base their understanding on the Pagan religious thoughts of Constantine, Socrates and Aristotle? The enemy is very subtle and he has out foxed many people greater then you and I friend.

The Apostles warned us of the wolves who come in sheep clothing (As ministers of Righteousness) those who devour the sheep and widows houses, and those who lead astray the flock of God.

James 1:27

Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, [and] to keep himself unspotted from the world.

 

What is the Plan of the Anti-Christ, Who is he and how has he come to us today?

Eve was the first Adam's wife, Satan attacked her with confusion and twisted Gods Word to convince her of sin. The Church is the Bride espoused to the second and perfect Adam, Jesus Christ. Satan is doing the same thing with the church today and for the last 1800 years that we are warned of in the Garden of Eden, when the enemy beguiled Eve and convinced her to believe a lie and give aid to the enemy in harming the Kingdom of God!

II Cr 11:3

But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or [if] ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with [him]. (You might be deceived by them who deny God in the true Christ, Yahshua)

Mark 13:22-23

For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if [it were] possible, even the elect.

But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

Galatians 1:6-10

I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:

Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

As we said before, so say I now again, If any [man] preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

 

What is the Gospel, does God bear witness to the Apostles Doctrine, the Gospel they Preach in Scripture?

   The Apostle Paul and Peter both Preached the Gospel, The Death, Burial and Resurrection as exampled and obeyed by all in the book of Acts who were called by Christ to Repentance, Baptism and Conversion.

Acts 19:4-6

Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.

When they heard [this], they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.

And when Paul had laid [his] hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

Rom 6:3

Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also [in the likeness] of [his] resurrection:

Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with [him], that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

For he that is dead is freed from sin.

 

How Dead Are You to Sin, Are You a Testimony of The True Christ, is The Spirit of Christ in Your Temple?

  Have you truly obeyed the Gospel of Jesus Christ? I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

1 Cor 3:16-17

Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and [that] the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which [temple] ye are.

2 Cor 6:16

And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in [them]; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean [thing]; and I will receive you,

And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Rom 1:16

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Rom 1:21-22

Because that, when they knew God, they glorified [him] not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools

II Tit 1:10-14

But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles.

For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.

Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us.

 

The Full Gospel is more then, Tongues, Healing, Prophecy, Prayer, Preaching, and Signs and Wonders

I Cor 12:12-14

For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also [is] Christ.

For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether [we be] Jews or Gentiles, whether [we be] bond or free; and have been all made to drink

 into one Spirit. For the body is not one member, but many.

I Cor 12:27-31

Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

Are] all apostles? [are] all prophets? [are] all teachers? [are] all workers of miracles?

Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?

But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

 

What are the fruits of those having the wonderful Gift indwelling, those Converted having the Spirit of Christ?

   Gal 5:22-25

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

 

   James 3:13-18

Who [is] a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.

But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.

This wisdom descendeth not from above, but [is] earthly, sensual, devilish.

For where envying and strife [is], there [is] confusion and every evil work.

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, [and] easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

Eph 4:3-7

Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

[There is] one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

One God and Father of all, who [is] above all, and through all, and in you all.

But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

 

What is the Bride of Christ, The Church, New Jerusalem, does God Bear Witness Himself to Reveal the True Gospel?

 

Rev 21:2

And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

Rev 21:14

And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

   Yes, God bears witness in the foundations of the Holy City, New Jerusalem, The City and Church of God, as a bride adorned for her husband, that the Apostles were his witnesses and with them he was well pleased, that they bear the Testimony of Jesus and the words of eternal Life through Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Would God have their names inscribed into the foundations of the Church, New Jerusalem if they did not know what they were preaching or talking about?

Peter Preached the Gospel of salvation through Obedience, to the message of Acts 2:38 The Gospel of Christ. The Death, Burial and Resurrection.

Acts 2:38-40

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, [even] as many as the Lord our God shall call.

And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added [unto them] about three thousand souls.

And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

   Today many have turned away from the Gospel that was first preached, unto another Gospel and some have also accepted another Christ the Anti-Christ. The Anti-Christ has come to deceive the saints of God and pull those who seek the Kingdom of God off course through many deceptions that on the surface appear to be the real thing, sincere practices or traditions of men sponsored by religious organizations.

Matt 23:23, 28,37-39

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier [matters] of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, [thou] that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under [her] wings, and ye would not!

Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed [is] he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

 

Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me[us], because he hath anointed me[us] to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me[us] to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, 4:19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. Mark 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14:14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

2 Cor 6:16

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

Above all else we must be saved according to the Gospel of Christ

   Where we go to Church or our favorite Preacher won't save us. However the Gospel will save us if we are obedient to the Word of God and humble ourselves to the Spirit of God. We must have a relationship with Christ as he said,

John 17:21

That they all may be one; as thou, Father, [art] in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:

I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.

O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me.

And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare [it]: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.

Jesus said to those who follow him, "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you." Luke 10:19
 

Those at this little Church in approx. 32 years have seen little if any growth from the seed they have sown. Like many perhaps they too have had an enemy who has come in the night and sowed bad seed in their field (Heart) along with the good seed. (The Word) The enemy's bad seedling and weeds may be choking the life out of the good seed? (Word)

Many have moved from desiring the tree of life to worshipping the tree of knowledge. They have eaten from the offerings of the Serpent the devil. He has beguiled many to believe that all things are good for food and that mans knowledge is superior to God’s witness in scripture

Mercy Grace and Truth still awaits in the presence of God for everyone that comes to the realization of  their errors, those who will repent and seek the will of God and his wisdom, to prayerfully commit to preaching the Word, and sharing the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, that our lives should be a Testimony of Christ's love and his love for those who are outside of the promise, rather then relying on our own wisdom and judgments. As it is in all assemblies everywhere those who are intercessors must pray that God will give us everyone the gifts of the Spirit that edify most, and Testify to the world of the sincere and timeless love of Jesus Christ, and his desire that all people everywhere would turn to him and be saved, that God may be glorified in all.
