A TESTIMONY OF CHRIST IN THE EARTH

There were no funds available in the storehouse at ALWCC to feed the hungry, to help the poor, the elderly widows, the homeless, or fatherless. This I believe is a very, very, important part of Christ’s ministry in touching the needs of others, and must not be left undone, this is a part of the Testimony that we have of Christ in us!

The earth is God’s and the fullness thereof!

If Christ be in us? Why would those that God has blessed with an abundance in their storehouses withhold what belongs to God already?

The poor the lost and downtrodden need to witness the Testimony of Christ in the world, those that are less fortunate, and have no hope in their life need to be offered hope or help to assist them with at least the basics of compassion, there are those who have genuine physical needs, such as food, clothing, etc.

If we will not even offer a hungry family a meal, or help those who are poor with shoes for their kids to go to school, what is our witness of Christ?

Those of us that have Christ today were found by him in a very poor and wretched condition.

What if Christ would have said,

What's the use in helping these people? Oh my, their so filthy in their sins.

These people got their selves into this problem they can get themselves out of it.

These peasants will only use up the resources I have.

I can surely find something better to put my hand and substance into.

All these people will do is take what I have done for granted probably anyway.

My investment might not amount to anything much to them anyhow.

I'm going to let somebody else help this poor wretched soul not me, not this time.

   Where would we be friend?

If an answer like that was the most that we could have gotten or hoped for from Christ, when we realized how desperately we needed Our Lord and  Savior where would we be today?

Where would our confidence be when we look at eternity today and death is creeping nearer and nearer to the door of our house, if Christ would have withheld from us his love and his compassion for our very soul.

Who would you have called upon in your most desperate hour when you, or your child or loved one was near deaths door and you needed God to give you  strength to see them pass or a miracle to see them healed or born into the Kingdom of God?

Friend, Christ could never have done this to us. He could never have done this wicked thing and maintained his integrity as the Word and Will of God Manifest in flesh, not in a million years!

God made a way for us to escape all these calamities and manifest his love to you and me through the example of  Jesus Christ (YahvahShua)

We were hungry unto death and Christ offered you and me the Bread of Life.

When he invited you and me into his Kingdom to brake bread with him at his table we must remember, we were not worthy, we were poor and wretched.

We were so wretched that we didn't even know we were blind, and naked, until he healed us, then we saw clearly the true reflection of ourselves, we were so unworthy of Christ's love and his help.

But still he helped us find the Kingdom of God, You and I were not worthy, but he still helped us.

Greater love hath no man then that he should lay down his life for another.

God had to reach way down friend for some of us, you, and I, none of us were deserving of that kind of love and mercy from God.

But God helped you and I anyway.

John wrote,

1 John 3:16

16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

17 But whoso hath this worlds good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?

18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

19 And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.

20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.

If our heart being Flesh condemn us of our errors, God is greater then our heart, how much greater is his condemnation of our sin, because we turn ourselves away from those who have needs, so we don't have to feel guilty when we see those with needs that are not being met in the world today?

THERE IS NO GREATER LOVE listen to the song while you continue reading?
