The Responsibility and Dedication of the Sheppard

God works through many ministries to bring the lost sheep home to his heavenly fold. One of the ways Jesus does this is through the heart of the Sheppard's.(Pastors)

Jesus Christ (YahvahShua) is and should always be, "The Senior Pastor" the ultimate Spiritual leader he will never fail to bring us through any hardship we will encounter.

(Christ must be the Senior Pastor) The assistant pastor (The Flesh Man) must always be in subjection to Jesus Christ when he ministers behind the pulpit so that he is not in a position to be exalted or usurp Christ's authority as Satan also did and was cast down from heaven!

Christ told Peter the Apostle,

Mt.16:18

"And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, (the Apostle of Christ who preached the first Salvation message Acts 2:38) and upon this rock (Christ) I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. (Neither the Man of Sin, nor the Beast the Spirit of Lawlessness, Satan or the False Prophets, will overcome the Chosen the Elect )."

Therefore the assistant is a flesh man lead by the Spirit of God he is identified with the congregation a servant not a lord, and not above rebuke from God nor is he exalted above those who come to him respectfully, as the Bible sheds light how to reprove or rebuke the Brethren that everything be establish by 2-3 witnesses (Those who have the indwelling of the Spirit and the Testimony of Christ).

If one be in error, to the Spirit of Lawlessness, Sin or Deception. Then for the sake of the one in error to (Sin or Lawlessness) and those who may stumble because of the error, the brethren must appeal to those to correct their error for the cause of Righteousness. No door should be left open for the thief to steal away the good seed, or wolves to devour the sheep.

Woe to those who bring false accusation and rebuke to the man lead by God. They that do this to justify their own SIN and ADULTEROUS LIFESTYLE will lose their reward because they have been beguiled to error in Sin and evil, for if there be those that are weak and they stumble or fall by thy sorcery, ye may be found working mischief and evil for the Spirit of Lawlessness. (Anti-Christ) For these will face their judgment before the seat of Christ also.

The assistant pastor, must never usurp the authority of the Senior Pastor (Jesus Christ). He must be born again of the Water and the Spirit. The (SIN MAN the spirit of Lawlessness that causes us to SIN) Must be crucified he must die through obedience to the Gospel and the Spirit of Christ must dwell inside his vessel. This man will condemn sin at any cost and will not suffer the little ones in the congregation to be lead astray from the sheep fold.

This man hears the Fathers voice through the indwelling Spirit of Christ, consecration, prayer and the Holy Scriptures, and his eyes are always watching and guarding the sheepfold that God has given him the responsibility to care for.

This man comes to represent God's will through teaching and preaching he is the advisor to the (flesh man) the Congregation that we might grow up into a spiritual habitation of God. This man has a great compassion for Christ's followers (God's Children) he has the oversight of the flock and is responsible for the sheep that have lost their way or has for some reason been separated from God and the sheep fold.

A pastor is held accountable above all others because God has entrusted him to love, care and offer guidance to those for which Christ himself suffered and died.

Pastors are however fallible and they do sometimes fall into error, for they are only men. The Pastor can only be used by God if his vessel is yielded and made available for the Spirit of Christ to dwell within.

There is NO GOOD THING in any man, regardless of his heritage, or generations of believers before him, no flesh and blood pastor is above the chastening of God for error. Unless the assistant pastor is a yielded vessel for the Spirit of Christ to Minister through, he has no purpose to minister in the house of prayer.

If self shall enter the picture within the work of ministry or the saints, concerning the house of prayer, then Christ is not Glorified. And a door is certainly opened to invite the spirit of Lawlessness that emanates from the Father of it (Satan) to confuse the congregation.

The patriarch's Abraham, Isaac, Jacob (Israel) they struggled also to please God because they were mere men as we are. They were also fallible. But what is the most important thing to remember about their days and troubles is not what the Patriarchs did wrong, but that they finally did the right things. They finally admitted their guilt humbled themselves before God and Repented of the wrong things they had done. This allowed God and his eternal will for their lives to go to work, and God blessed them and their Promised Blessing has come to them and down to us through Jesus Christ the Lord.

Woe unto the man that will hurt one of Gods Children for they have God as there father forever. Woe unto the pastors of the flock who will not lay down their lives for the sheep and crucify the flesh, resist sin, and also teach others to follow Christ's example.

In this all the ministry and the saints are to be intercessors a humble and righteous people with a willingness to be a servant, a blessing to the nations where ever they live and travel. Christ fed the hungry, helped the poor and the fatherless and the elderly widows.

By the fruits of the Spirit those that are Christ's are known, Christ has shown this unto us clearly, through his many examples of love. The Lord revealed his love for our souls even taking our place in death on the cross.
